Confirmed to be caused by one or more of my mods.

I wanted to post something about this while I’m thinking about it, but I’m not home at the moment, so I wondered if somebody would check this for me or let me know if you’ve already experienced a similar issue.
The reason I wanted to come here first before posting in the bug report section is because I do have a couple of mods installed, and one or more of the mods might be causing this.
When I dismantle an item that gives me back a rare crafting item, such as an Ancient Heart or Blood of Ch’thon, the item will not stack with the others in my stash. In order to get it to stack with the others, I have to drop it on the ground and pick it up again. Then it stacks just fine.
Has anyone else had this issue? If not, then I’ll just chalk it up to one of my mods and post it in the mods section.
