Possible to edit item skin?

Hello everyone

I have the GD stash. I was wondering, using either this tool or another, is it possible to chance the skin of an item?

The item I have in mind is Fanatic’s Overcoat. It’s a great piece of armour and I might end up using the Empowered version on my Warder.

But it’s fugly as hell. I mean, fur?? Full body furs is not armour! (Nearly as bad as the “studded leather” look)

So, is it possible (without cheating stats of course) to simply edit the look of a piece of armour?
