Is it possible to reduce Trozan’s Sky Shard to zero cool-down?

No.

Nope.

%CDR is always calculated after -X.X seconds. Base cooldown is 3 seconds and the most flat CDR available is -1.0 secs. That leaves you 2 seconds before percentage CDR which will max out at around 46% iirc. (or 40 if you don’t use a CDR necklace, and the Starfury necklace is much better than any CDR necklace for Trozan’s)

Still, using a Rold tome offhand, full Troz set, max CDR everywhere cept amulet, you could still get 1.16ish second cooldown. That’s low, but still a noticable CD between casts.

Edit: Actually I see it is possible to get higher % CDR (up to at least 53%) but not on any build you’d actually WANT to use with Trozan’s.

ok. thanks. bummer. I was hoping to make it almost perma because I am down at 1.8s and it is a bit annoying to keep clicking it.

i think trozan’s sky shard was meant to be comboed with another skills, not
continuously casted like prm or aar.

so… using trozan means you’re playing a piano caster.

Or a spam caster with a nuke.
