Hello, i just want say to creators: peopls can not use primal strike with new Ultos Devotion. becous primal strike can have just 1 devotions. other devotions who reduced resist or deal lightning gamage have no time for proc. now i have 4 devotions. it’s all i need, all proc deal area damage or reduced resist. i can use skill Savagery and 3 devotions proc just when i use Savagery becous Savagery can have some triggers. 1 devotions can proc with skill Tempest who deal -% resist. that easy game play. how to play Primal Strike? i have only 5 fingers on my hand. and i have no time for cast some skills for proc devotions who can do not proced becous it’s not 100% chance to proc. i lose my damage becous i focused Primal Strike, i playing with crossbow. i dont like cast 3 spells. if i lose 1 devotion i can lose only Rhowan’s crown or Hand of Ultos. Hand of Ultos it’s new lightning devotion, i want playing with Hand of Ultos. Rhowan’ crown reduced resist, i cant lose that devotion. and if i lose i devotion i still need spend time for use 2 skill. savagery have more potential. but i want playing Primal Strike.
maybe we need status default attack(that can be OP). or maybe Torrent and Storm Surge can triggered then devotions can proced with Primal Stike? i mean opportunity link Torrent or Storm Surge with Devotion. it’s can be balanced. it’s can be comfortable gameplay.

You may only have 5 fingers on a hand, but there is another hand to push button on the keyboard.
You don’t need 100% uptime on resist reduction debuffs against trash enemies.

yes. but now some boss can kill me before i cast that 3 debuff. its 100 lvl mate.
when you visit new nemesis or boss or 130+ wave let me know how your 15k hp< build stay alive. (build where you have 2H weapon and you cast 3skills before main attak. actualy primal strike really bad for solo target and now he still bad becous you need cast 1 more spell for ultos who “redused% resist” that not great buf if you need use one more finger and wait that when cast end.
now savagery better and have nice game play becous you dont need you more then 3 finger on your left hand

You went ranged primal strike, picked more procs than you can sustain, got to level 100 without knowing how celestial procs work and then implied I don’t know anything about farming nemeses or crucible.
Protip: even 30k hp won’t save you in crucible, since defensive capabilities of 2h ranged are that limited. The only somewhat successful ranged Primal Strike build I know used Ultos’ axe on switch against tough bosses.
