In the vibe of fresh new buffs I put this together. Bit inspired by cccennn2’s but much different if you look closely with PRM offense above all in mind.
Lack of global ele to aether conversion and fire to aether conversion limited to the belt might be a hindrance for Spear of the Heavens, Fiend, Devastation, etc.
Any comments?

I personally was thinking Kriegs set with maybe Heart of Malmouth ammy and Panetti wand + Grobble Stone Effigy might be more durable and have better damage output due to maxed skills. The new changes really reward pushing PRM to max ultimate levels for base, distortion and proliferation. The numbers are very significant in terms of damage.
Or maybe swap Kriegs helmet for Mythical spellgaze --eh…dunno trade-off of nice set RR for %wpn boost and thus more adcth from PRM.
(I’m not motivated to run 3x MC for this curiosity - so I will await the FG ultimate jump-start token mechanism.)
Thanks for replying. The gear you recommended is mostly for elemental PRM which should also rock on Mage Hunters or Druids.
Just took it for a spin. Changed a few things. First no-banner run was just under 8min and then I died in 160 with Reaper, Maiden and Kuba bursting through my MoT. Then I fucked up my game capture app so I failed to record my banner runs but I did three with opening loot chests and still had 3-4 minutes on the blessings which, with my shite piloting, is a very good result.

If you don’t mind… I’d take the box as a rumor proccer. It’s got -10%RR. And… ah well… here. Imo skill/devo shuffles worth considering. Sorry, I just can’t help myself… 
Also I would take Barbaros pants, but the Stonehide affix on the boots, and maybe shuffle those affixes on the jewelry.

Yeah, that is a good weapon choice. And I tend to include Dead God where possible on a spam-skill build - so that was fun to see that in there too.

The PRM potential is pretty good now. And this cold-based Farath Cube is also interesting. Inquis certainly has a lot of PRM flex.
yeah nothings set as I can’t be sure which affixes ill get on rings/pants. Don’t have the Barbaros pants and only item I will cheat is Badge of Mastery as it is near impossible to get with + 5 to a skill.
The greens are able to be gotten, just depends on the affixes you get.
