Hello everyone, I apologize in advance if these issues have already been addressed.
I encountered these main problems:
Markets do not take all types of food found in nearby warehouses. For example, they take only smoked meat and smoked fish while they perish the vegetables in the warehouses without giving them to the settlers.
The warehouses, despite being full, do not send the resources to other warehouses that have free space even though I have the wagons to transport the resources.
I do not understand why, despite the fact that I have warehouses full of pottery near the markets and houses, there are few houses that have them and the population is not happy with it.
Although I am full of food, there is always a shortage and it constantly warns me that supplies are running out. Screenshot
Do you know if they are already working on solving these problems or am I doing something wrong?
I’m currently running an easy difficulty run to get started with the gameplay mechanics.
The food supply is calculated based on population and indicates how many months of food you have for your village. In your case 5 months. If the population increases the same amount of food will last for fewer months.
Not yet at the time of posting, I still didn’t have a stable resource production to start producing them. I started doing them this evening, the situation seems to have improved slightly but there continues to be a strange management of resources and food between the warehouses and the markets. Full warehouses that do not send resources to empty warehouses. Smokers taking 5 units of meat with more than 500 units still in the cellars for example. I hope they improve this management because it is a really nice game and well cared for and these little things can make a game frustrating
