Proc heavy/noob friendly build?

Are there any around or do they not exist. I want something where i just see procs and particle effects just flying across the screen 24/7 while also being noob friendly. If this isn’t possible just call me out for being an ignorant nub xD

for this to work you need gear with procs. What gear do you have that you are trying to build around their procs.

but there are many proc heavy builds out there.

Dual Trozan’s Starkeeper Quick Jacks Elementalist with Starfury Emerald, Then using Reckless Tempest & Blizzard devotion Procs. Also using Light’s Defenders Gauntlets & Dread Mask of Gurgoth is one of my favorite Proc builds.

Also have the same gear for a lightning nova pyromancer (tho not as strong since Lightning Nova is no where near as powerful as Quick Jacks)

You can build pretty much anything around proc, the problem is finding the right gears and set up devotion for it.

Just pick some preference and I can assist in the build

As they have said if you really go proc heavy it will be mostly from items and then the build would be item dependent.

Normally you don’t have more than 3 active procs from devotions, but it depends on the build.

Something like Falcon Swoop from Falcon constellation or Twin Fangs from Bat constellation is noob friendly and very easy to use for melee builds. You can use both on default attacks if you use some WPS or something like Upheaval.

Other on attack procs from devotions depends much on your build and what type of damage you deal for example Flame Torrent from Fiend constellation is pretty good and noob friendly.

Procs on block like Targo’s hammer from Anvil constellation is pretty good if you go with a shield and physical (or some physical damage conversion).

You will probably want to have resistance reduction (RR) proc like Arcane Bomb’s from Widow, Aetherfire from Imp, Assassin’s Mark from Assassin’s Blade or Acid Spray from Manticore.

Pure 1h + shield soldier you don’t need to learn what should I get to compliment with the 1st skill I got cause mostly everything compliments your build. just pick from candence or forcewave as default attack if you dont like proc builds Edit: this build is noob friendly

Best advice ever…

Lightning proc builds are fun. Flashy lightning all across the screen are just fun. Skills like curse of frailty or grasping vines are great for proccing low/no CD procs and stuff.

But ideally, you’d want to have numerous items with said procs and them, as the others said. Not sure how great you’ll do if that is your first character.

This is my 1st character internal trauma soldier build Myrmidon set and Judicator’s signets set

This is about a proc build for Pulsar to play.

Night Chill Blademaster using avenger relic and counterstrike with dual wield trozans starkeepers and starfury amulet. Super noob friendly as you don’t have to attack at all. Tho you might want to add shadow strike to proc blizzard or the proc that lowers elemental resits (can’t remember its name right now). Also use the elemental balance rings.

The current incarnation of the tri-element saboteur could be what you’re looking for.
I’m playing it at 85 with the recommended gear, devotions and skills and its hilarious. If i’m lazy i can pretty much get away with using left click for firestrike, right click for shadow strike and 1 or two other buttons and fire and lightning just goes everywhere!
As others have mentioned, many of the procs are fairly gear specific though

Anyways here’s a quick video of the Blademaster I was telling you can make as a proc heavy build.

Damage Procs are
Falling Skies X3
Elemental Force
Static Charge X2
Lightning Bolt
Sky Fragment
Ice Nova
Storm Titan
Vengeance
Counterstrike
Elemental Storm

lol that looks fuckin sweet man  You mind linking a grimtools of it?

here you go

you need 870 Physique so you might need to put a few more points in Physique if you don’t get 4% physique on Avenger relic.

Very cool, sfb. I have a similar situation related to thread.

I’m leveling an Elementalist focused on Gear procs (Lightning/Cold), and getting the most out of Stun Jacks (not taking transmuter) and Skyfire Grenado (is that what it’s still called?). May also pick up Wind Devils, and Storm Totem.

My question is, is it worth getting Ulzuin’s Chosen over Storm Pact? After all, my main 2 skills will be Stun Jacks, and Grenado (+ lightning transmuter). Ulzuin’s seems like a good idea, but I’d lose the crit damage from Storm Pact. Which should I pick!?

Any feedback about this is appreciated.

Why not both? Ulzuin’s chosen is not an exclusive aura skill like other level 50 mastery passives. If I had to choose though I’d pick stormcallers if i had high OA, ulzuin’s if I didn’t

Slow Jacks are pretty poop btw. Sounds you are gonna have your fair share of good aoe clear so the stun will be pretty useless and the damage is poor unless you are spamming them

You want a build Tanky with a lot of procs, look no further!

Here’s my tanky melee commando based on fire damage :

And the cool thing is the procs are mostly from the devotion

Thanks, TomoDak. I didn’t even realize that Ulzuin’s wasn’t an exclusive skill. :undecided:

This build looks sexy as hell. Now let’s see if i can start it and farm that gear xD
