Since the update, whenever villagers are assigned a profession (i.e., they work at the sawmill), their profession icon doesn’t always display. It will often fluctuate between laborer, builder, and profession icon, and it seems a bit random, as this will change while they are actively doing their profession. It does seem to automatically reset to laborer when a new year begins. Then it’s kinda random again. I’ve noticed it for a number of professions, such as sawmill and tanner.
The two images provided were taken only a few seconds apart. The icons should always display their profession they are assigned like it was before.
