I’m playing with “detailed item tooltips” enabled of course and got this item as reward:
The “[Hold Ctrl…]” should not appear. Pressing Ctrl didn’t even work anyway. When I looked at the item in Inventory, its tooltip was correctly expanded.
By the way, it wouldn’t hurt if tooltip for quest reward invoked comparison tooltip for currently equipped item. Just like I suggested for blacksmith once: Show comparison for blacksmith’s items
