If you choose to join Cult of Dreeg, but don’t start their quest-line, their quest-related mobs still spawn.
If you then eliminate enough of those monsters, before starting the quest, you end up with the tracker showing “completed” objectives with “0/15”.
You can still complete the rest of the quest as normal, it’s just a display bug.
