I found this Boss in a hidden area of act 3, Rashalga, the Mad Queen
I am Level 50 in Normal and she kills me in one shot, and tips on how to kill it?

Don’t bother till endgame.

And then just face roll, step out of her pools, make sure her spawns don’t hit you and watch out for her rage transformation (she gets like this red underglow and loads up her shotgun that can pretty much kill anyone). Once your char is decent, the question is not how to kill her but how many seconds it should take.
