Question about devotion proc chance being overridden by Dual Wield skills...

Let’s say I’m a Trickster that has Savagery tied to his LMB. I choose a devotion that has a chance to proc every time I strike with Savagery. For convenience’s sake, let’s say this proc chance is 20%. Let’s then say I take 3 Dual Wield skills up to 5/8 giving all 3 of them a 20% chance each to proc off of savagery. This means that every time I swing, I have a 60% for one of those skills to activate. So my LMB attacks look like this:

  • 100% chance to proc Savagery stacking effect
  • 20% chance to proc Dual Wield skill 1 w/ animation
  • 20% chance to proc Dual Wield skill 2 w/ animation
  • 20% chance to proc Dual Wield skill 3 w/ animation
  • 40% chance to proc regular Savagery attack w/ regular LMB attack animation

Given that this is the case, will 100% of all of my LMB attacks still have a 20% chance to proc the devotion even if the Dual Wield skills proc, OR will 40% of the LMB attacks (those that occur when the Dual Wield skills do not proc) have a 20% chance to proc the devotion (thus leaving the actual chance to proc the devotion @ 8%)? I ask because each of the Dual Wield skills themselves can be tied to devotion procs, so it seems that the latter is most likely. I appreciate you guys’ help.

A celestial power bound to savagery can still proc even if a weapon pool skill activates.

same with most item procs right?

and I also believe all three can work together.

savagery can proc a weapon skill proc, an item proc and a devotion proc all at the same time.
