some spells also have this modifier. imo spell and attack are 2 different things, but it’s still acceptable. i can get what it means
but when this modifiers appears on aura/exclusive skill. it becomes very confusing.
for example, harbringer of souls(nec exclusive) has this modifier. but it ONLY applies on spell with % weapon dmg (didnt test default atk).
is it a bug or something, or it is just designed this way and supposed to be like this?
As far as I’ve seen, ADCTH is only applied to the spell it is on. However, sometimes that spell includes weapon damage%, and the weapon damage and all the spells that make up that weapon damage gets ADCTH.
Armor will apply it to your weapon directly, and then your default attacks will include it. If it’s on the weapon, it only applies to that weapon, and not any other you have wielded. On shields, it only applies to the shield (there are a few shield attacks). On spells, it only applies to that spells total damage, which may or may not include your weapon damage.
On attack skills that show up on armor, behave like stand alone spells do. They only apply to that spells damage which may or may not include weapon damage.
When it appears on an exclusive it’s the same as it being from a devotion, on an item component, etc. it will only apply to % weapon damage
