Question about Elemental Balance

Hi, everyone!

I’ve only recently started playing GD and I’m still a bit confused by the way damage amplification works, so I have a quick question, sorry it this seems “silly”.

Alright, so if I have Iskandra’s Elemental Exchange toggled on with Elemental Balance, would the %Frostburn damage it provides amplify the Frostburn damage on my nightblade’s Amarasta’s Blade Burst?

Yes it would.

If you check the second tab on your character window and scroll down, you should see the number for your % Frostburn damage increase when you activate Iskandra’s Elemental Exchange with points in Elemental Balance.
