question about faction dmg increase %s

I think i might know which one of the two it is but i just want to be sure…
If i for example have +10% dmg against undead and hit an undead.

Does it simply add 10% to all modifiers (aka quite useless :P) …
Or does it take the damage i would have done after all the modifiers and then add 10% to that (effectively simply dealing 110%)

The 2nd option.

Racial damage is quite strong - especially when stacked. Some of those speed Fabius (or other nemesis) builds you see are because of stacking Anatomy of a Murderer with other ‘Damage to Humans’ modifiers to increase their final damage by 50% or more.

All players can use this to their advantage though, for example Sanctified Bones + Imbued Silver allow any character to get at least 39% damage to Ch’thonics. Pretty sure even Log takes extra damage from that.
