Question about factions, help!

Hi everyone,

So I really want to get the items from outcast faction, but the augments from Black Legion tier 4 will be crucial for my hardcore build. If I join outcast in normal mode, will I still be able to join Black Legion in Elite or Ultimate modes?

You can have both factions as friendly.

Friendly is the first tier. I can’t get higher?
