Question about Outcast faction reputation

My first toon killed Anasteria in all difficulties, I forgot I shouldn’t have killed her at least in one difficulty…

So is there no way to recover reputation of Outcast other than editor? and also no way to use Outcast augments for this toon, right?

To my knowledge there is no reason to kill the outcast except for this item:

Please do correct me if I am wrong.

Also I am not sure about making changes per play through - as your reputation won’t change. E.g betraying her on ultimate, also makes her hostile on the lower difficulties.

If you didn’t do her quests in Normal and Elite but made her hostile in Ultimate, i’m pretty sure you can go back to Normal and Elite and change her to be friendly again.

You basically have three opportunities with her and by extension Death’s Vigil and Kymon’s Chosen.
