First of all, conversion was added in 1.1.6.0. This “build” is 1.1.2.2. You can do the math now.
And do yourself a favor and avoid… well, basically what Ulvar said.

What XandeRoot said. Both of the links, the grimtools one especially being from 1.1.2.2 should tell you it is very old and outdated.
If memory serves, Voidwhisper rings originally just did Physical->Chaos conversion for pets. Vitality->Chaos conversion was added later.
