The weapon has “15 Reduced target’s Resistances for 3 seconds”. Most of the flat effects you see on weapons scale with weapon damage. Does this RR scale with WD too? This looks strong with something like Bone Harvest.

I always wondered if it’s possible to get “Plaguebearer’s” affix on this MI, that would be most op.
Just checked GT and GDStash, and holy shit yes you can. And here I thought an aether affix is best.
Its possible, but I fail to see the Opieness from such combination. Yes, you gain manticore-lvl of RR, but
1)You loose a lot of flat Aether and aether conversion.
2)opportunity cost of manticore is 5 devotion points. I bet in 1.0.6 most ppl would drop Solemn watcher, so manticore will return in builds.
GDStashed one Plaguebearer. Not as OP as we think. The two RR won’t stack. I thought it would add up the RR in the weapon sheet.
So plaguebearer is trash on this weapon, kind of funny.
So, the Aether affixes are still the best for this weapon? Would like to know if my earlier assessment still stands.
