Is Torrent supposed to proc on the primary target of Primal Strike or is it purely just a cleave ability for surrounding? I’ve switched to Savagery after noticing it not hitting the primary target and it felt like it was a big hindrance in single target scenarios.
It used to. Now it’s “fixed”. Next patch will supposedly buff Primal Strike to compensate.

If you were using a ranged weapon then that’s fixed in the next patch
