I’ve started several characters on the Veteran difficulty as I’ve played a few arpgs. I’ve learned that the various Devotion shrines are scattered across both the map and the difficulty levels.
My question is: by starting a character on Veteran difficulty and skipping Normal, have I missed out on a tier of Devotion shrines?

Veteran is normal mode more mobs and a lil more difficulty
No, Normal and Veteran are the same level, Veteran is just slightly harder

Vet nets you better gear odds.
But if you have already compiled a moderate stash of level 14+ gear (re: epics, MIs, and other good greens), then there is scant benefit to playing Veteran. Normal will get you to Ultimate considerably faster.
