OMG… sorry, but the first raider attack after leveling up to tier 2 - killed more than 100 citizens, no defense from the citizens, no possibilities to buy weapons already … basically they killed everything. Even when I prepared for the attack.
OMG, I’m so sorry for your poor “Dorfbewohners”, mate. What a carnage. 
I know, bridging the gap till you have your first barracks ready can be hard. Here’s what I usually do:
- Raids usually happen in spring, so make sure your TC ups in summer to buy more time.
- Have research and resources ready to build the first barrack as quickly as possible after TC ups.
- Use Hunters to fight off raiders, they’re quite formidable. Just make sure not to fight in close quarters with 'em.
- I see your villagers die in their houses. As soon as the raiders destroy a house, manually evacuate your villagers somewhere save.
- If as a last resort you have to fight with your vils, do so only when massing them and try to snipe as many single raiders as possible. Also, manually have low hp vils run away.

You can also use hunters to kite raiders to your Town Centre, to get that damage all over them (also gets them to start attacking that)
You just need to gather all your hunters and execute a hit-and-run strategy while luring the enemy towards the town center. If you have a light infantry unit to draw damage from enemy archers, things will be even simpler.
