Random changing requirements...?

Hello there, I almost never post to forums, but I am loving on this game and have a question about something that just happend.

Now this could just have to do with me not fully understanding the mechanics of the game, however something seems off.

Here is the issue
I have been wearing a pair of level 50 Hulking Legguards since 50 and I am now 53. Last night I was wearing them comfortably and enjoying watching Earthquake proc frequently. My current Phys is at 452 and was about 30 higher with the pants which for some reason this morning logging in are now RED and have a cost of 617 Phys, which is well over a hundred more than anything i have. What happened!? I made no changes from when i logged out last night and logged in this morning… Its really threw a wrench in my game because the extra 30 was also allowing me to wear some legendary gloves.

Am Im totally missing something here? Did i not research enough? I feel like maybe Im overlooking something so obvious because of the fact.

Well ill shoot this out there and continue to try to figure it out.

I know there was an issue with cunning on rifles. Not sure if there was something changed with armors.

Have you downloaded the most recent hotfix after the patch?

There was a bug with requirements increasing, but to my knowledge it should be fixed now.

I have the most current version and everything seems to be fine other than these ludicrously high Phys pants. Must be a side effect of the patch?

Might want to post it in the bug forum just to be sure?

I moved it. Looks like the bug was that I was ABLE to use them with such a low requirement.
Wont be using them anytime soon now thats for sure
