You have to start a new game session. I suggest opening a portal near Rashalga everytime just in case she kills you, so you can just teleport to that portal from a regular portal.
Which stone, the one outside near Asterkarn Road? Have u tried doing a new game session (restart the game)? Did this happen in a multiplayer or single player game?
Yes the outer stone. Singleplayer. I will try new game session.

Yes I can confirm that for some reason the outside stone fails to open back up for any reason and actually is closed again if you backtrack outside and try to leave that way. This hasn’t happened before so I’m sure some kinda evil bug is helping Rashalga feed…
