Normally, Auto-attack (AA) build should be like this : AA replacer + 1 Universal buff + WPS
But sometimes, for a dedicated setup , you can use 2x Universal buffs to get better killtime (I used both Deadly Momentum & Lethal Assault for my Belgo BM)
First, Bleeding damage is not friendly for effective ADCTH build, and make your Ghoul proc less effective
Weapons & Glove : no attack speed with not very high OA => your ADCTH will suffer a lot (specially no oils, no tinctures, no oiments)
I tried DW Bleeding BloodRager Trickster several times with more attack speed & OA, but Ghoul procs very weird (not instant healing like direct damage, very slow ADCTH), then I maxed Blood Pact for even more ADCTH source, but it did not help much .
All in all, to survive Phase 2 effectively and decent killtime, it should be direct damage
Because no one gave feedback on it. Aside from Ravager with stairs/ buildings etc., this specific hit box hasn’t come up before…afaik anyway. I haven’t seen it otherwise. If people knew about this and didn’t make an official feedback thread then Crate won’t know of it.
Personally, I only realized it with Callagadra because her spells are flashier. Also spent more time with her than Ravager.
I only gave this feedback when we first spoke about it. I also think some people preferred to consider it a mechanic and play like this, which further aided in the delayed fix
These builds can only do one thing and one thing only and that’s one celestial either ravager or callagadra. They suck for everything else. I’d be impressed if a build can kill ravager/Callagadra and kill every other normal boss/nemesis. Not just a specific setup for one celestial. Because after you kill them and get their legendary item. The point of killing them EVER again is out the window. The only exclusion is Lokarr as he has two nemesis chests. So I usually just stick to farming him and all the other nemesis bosses. The hardest boss in this game is crate. But once you get his legendaries, bye bye. No more fighting him. And there’s no purpose in fighting him anymore after that.
CDR , Circuit Breaker will make our Ravager Phase 2 like a breeze
Maybe , CDR will be a key to deal with Callagadra Phase 2 (w/o using ointments, tinctures, oils …)
Beside SpellBreaker, Acid Dervish with 12% CDR from Venom set , > 10% CDR from Path of the Three , and modifier CDR to Blade Barrier => ideal candidate , perhaps ?
DOT damage is not friendly for single-target , I’ve tried BloodRager set on Ravager several times, it took ages to move his HP bar, nearly impossible to ADCTH, but DW Bleeding is a sweet challenge, so i decided to give it another shot ! Finally, DW Bleeding joins the DW - Ravager family (Fire, Cold, Acid, Pierce, Vitality, Chaos, Aether).
8m55 (facetank & no greens, no tinctures, no oils, no ointments)
My first build ignores Ghoul devotion so I must use Blade Barrier frequently, rare build DA > 3200 against Ravager, I must use Health Restored from Wendigo Totem (plus more 2% Health Modifier from Crimson Spike ) & Salvation relic to compensate Ultra-low ADCTH
Kiting casters can do it too without changing anything. I’ve done it with BWC and TSS druid builds. Seems like its mostly melee builds who get the shaft when it comes to superbosses.
You never get best killtime if you can’t facetank her, specially who wants <10min or even <7m. And even harder for who dont use rare greens, oils, ointments, tinctures
