Recommend a build

I’m very new to Grim Dawn, highest level character is 70 ish gunslinger which was a bit plain and I got bored of it.

Looking for something a little more exciting, good aoe with solid defence, something that I could level up through crucible with little difficulty.

If anyone could give me some suggestions I would really appreciate it!
(A guide showing skills/devotions/whether different skills should be used to level would be helpful)

Only level 13 but seems pretty solid so far, feels just like sunder from path of exile.

Yes, it’s kina similar, though Forcewave is faster and doesnt deal extra damage to tight packs.
Overall, in GD you can reach that absurd levels of AoE and clear speed as PoE allows. I think it’s an advantage, becaue it actually promotes gameplay, not oneshotting everything on screen with just 1 click.
