Reduce targets damage question

Hey guys I was just wondering if abilites which reduce targets damage by % all stack with each other. For example does the enemy damage reduction from aura of censure stack with light of empyrion and dawnshard shoulders and then kymons will augment? or does only the highest apply?

Some more info:
if there are two sources of damage reduction, for example “20% reduced target’s damage” and “33% reduced target’s physical damage”, then the physical damage target does is reduced by 33%, but all other damage by 20%. Applying a 25% reduction to target’s damage and then, right away, a 20% will result in 25% reduction (highest is prioritized).
