I do not know if this is a bug.
Hunting’s Gouge does not seem to demonstrate the effect as described.
When attacking with a spear, it certainly hits multiple targets and bleeding also continues. However, when attacking with a ranged weapon, it only hits a single body and bleeding does not continue. Either way, no special animation will appear when attacking with a ranged weapon.

Gouge doesn’t have an cleave radius when used with ranged weapons, this stat only works for melee weapons so it only pierces through targets (which only works with ranged weapons).

There’s no animation with ranged weapons because it uses “ZolhanTechnique” animation which only works with melee weapons. I just added an effect to it so you can see it proc (cause it definitely does proc)

I’m glad your giving love to the rogue class, but then again, most of the TQ classes just can’t go toe to toe with this mod. over all too many cooldowns and not enuf AoE. then again, i am pushing ult Lv95 on my main character and hes breezing threw the game with Necrotic/Terror Knight So OP. his 64% life steal build is unstoppable, not to mention his average damage is over 200k. i think this combo might be a little over powered for this mod. its mainly the Necrotic Skills, they are VERY powerful. also Necrotics’ 30% life leech at 50 ranks of investment is super strong. maybe lowering it to 15 or 10 at rank 50? its just so powerful I always end up picking it up for my sub-class over any thing else.

I don’t think I agree with GQ classes being unable to go “toe to toe”. Maybe there’s a few weaknesses but they have strengths elsewhere, the real issue for them is the lack of set support imo, a temporary solution lies in the ability to craft greens that give +1 to GQ masteries at the Satyr. If you’re comparing GQ classes to Zenith well… that’s a different issue.

Zenith classes on the other hand have a wild spectrum of balance, sometimes they can be borderline game breaking and other times they can feel kinda weak. Either way, it’s a moot point since I am not the dev of that mod and won’t fix/balance other people’s mods. Ceno is the dev, and he has been on a hiatus for a bit from the mod so it’s hard to say if there will ever be changes for it.

TLDR; If you’re looking for a fun time, play a zenith mastery. If you want a more “moderated” experience, consider GQ or D3 or even vanilla classes.
