As the title, can someone make a mod that remove all yellow Prefixes/Suffixes, so rare items alway drop with rare prefixes/suffixes please :o I really love rare items

Mods are not illegal. This game purposely released modding tool so people could tweak things how they like.
Dbx asked for more rares, and was shown a mod that gave them what they wanted, and then came back and said ‘whoa that’s too many rares.’
Hence the ‘be careful what you ask for’
