There’s some place that they spawn more frequently:

• Middle corridor at Cairan Docks;
• Entrance of Temple of Ateph;
• Temple of Osyr;
• Remnants of Korvan City;
• Near Ruins of Abyd riftgate.

Or am I able to re-load my world and get those last 2 for it to count?

Yes, just restart the session and try those places again.
