You were right on that, also. With the character I built for the Associates of Riggs, I just kept doing everything totally different than normal, so killing Anasteria. I really thought I killed her several times back in 2019, 2020-ish times, but I guess I never needed her hood, but I have used Devastation, so, who knows what I did back then. Now, just to find time to run the Crucible.
Yes, but the HIdden Until Unlocked are, well, hidden. I did find it, just by playing the game different than normal (for me). Anasteria must be a common miss since CaiusMisus knew.
you should still be able to see them, and then look up the achievement name to see the details elsewhere 
(it’s a common way for secret achievements to be spoiled on steam)

One of the 3 achievements I’m still missing. I did kill her once, ages ago, but I wasn’t playing the game through GOG Galaxy at the time, so the achievement didn’t register. Did multiple wipes since then and seeing as how I always just auto-ally with the Outcast on all my characters, I assume most others do the same.
Will have to make a dedicated Anasteria farmer one of these days. Going to need her helmet for my Hardcore collection anyway.

I did not want to be ‘spoiled’ unless it came down to the last minute before the next expansion. Luckily, I got it. The other poster intuited that it was Ansasteria, but luckily, I already found it was her before I read his post. I would be embarrassed to admit how many hours (months?) I have in Grim Dawn and never killed her nor was I aware you could see the 'hidden/locked" achievements by clicking the spoiler button. I guess even very old men can still learn things. If I feel pressured on another game or in the expansion, I hope I will remember this. Thanks.

I still think I killed her years ago for the helmet, but I guess now. I did finally join Club 185. Back in the ancient days when I played, finding the fifth shrine, usually “Shrine of Death”, while still maintaining the other four, was a real task and I never managed it. I am not sure when they changed SR, but getting all five was actually pretty easy. I think it took 45 minutes?
