I think the set bonus (20% bleeding damage ) for 50 lvl items is not rewarding. There even better faction rings. I highly doubt anyone would wear that set for 20% bleeding bonus when so many good yellow / green rings. For 50 lvl set bonus def should be better.
The duration is a thing, too.
yes, it is a good point. Still not sure it justifies using those two rings vs. good green ones or even faction rings. Still not good bonus imo - for 50lvl set.
