I have lots of roads that remain unbuilt.
I am early game and have tried demolishing and rebuilding them but they never get built.
I have even left the game running without building anything new… still nothing
Giving up on the game unntil something as basic as this is repaired
I experience this. For some reason, sometimes it seems to take forever for a road to be upgraded. Years in game time … to upgrade the road. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong or if the game is stuck.
