Rylok Mark - Does the 100% Lighting to Vitality damage for Prime Strike also include - Torrent and Storm Surge?

Hi guys,

Pretty much as the title says. I’m running a Ritualist build and just wondering while I have an Rylok Mark as my medal. Will the conversion of lighting damage to vitality for Primal Strike, also apply to the lighting damage aspects of Torrent and Storm Surge?

Storm Surge is kind of a buff so yes, it converts those but torrent is a secondary skill inside the PS skill so you need global conversion to convert those chains.
