Any suggestions before I went ahead and level up a new character for this build?

You have a very busy build with 10 active skills. I would not be able to handle such a char.

The resistance reduction of Agonizing Flames, Viper, Acid Spray and Elemental Storm does not stack. I’d only pick Viper or Elemental Storm.

Without Agonizing Flames you can drop BWC. And with the free devotion points you can get Solael’s Witchblade, so that you can drop Thermite Mine, too. (Allthough the resistance reduction of the latter two does stack.) And I suggest to add Ghoul to your constallations.

You have some acid damage through Lethal Assault, but you focus on fire and cold, so I suggest to replace Wretch by Magi or Murmur.

To make you build less busy, I’d probably move points from Ring of Steel into Whirling Death and Nightfall. And put one point in Nidallah’s Justifiable Ends for the cooldown reduction.

hmmm maybe agonizing flame, manticore and rowan doesnt stack. but i m pretty sure these flat reduction stack with viper.

Yes, you are right. I missed the % in Viper’s RR stat.

18 reduced elemental resistances for 5s
Elemental storm’s elemental debuff flat number
Hand of Ultos elemental debuff % number
Arcane bomb elemental debuff % number
Raging tempest elemental debuff % number
