Scholar's light Elemental Damage???

Hello People,

how does the elemental damage on the third dot of Scholar’S light work? Does it just add up to every other damage you inflict??

I am guessing it is handled as flat weapon damage?

The %damage will effect all your skills

the flat part will apply to anything with %weapon damage and won’t apply to anything without it
