Man, I’m having no luck dropping this. I would love to have that on my cold spellbreaker build haha.
I tried looking around, I’m not sure if there’s a certain enemy type that has more chance to drop this blueprint, or if I just have to pray the RNGods to loot it someday?
Or maybe anyone has a spare blueprint they would be generous enough to allow me to have it. That’d save me a lot of grinding x)
Of course, just tips on ways to optimize my grinding would be super appreciated!
