If this was covered, apologies, I checked first and did not see anything matching.
This is for v0.8.1a.
After declining request for the migrates, one to two subsequent requests happen with 0 migrates requesting immediately after clicking declined. Only seen it in higher tiers due to usually only denying more often then. The one new start I did attempt early did not result in the error.
