I really want to take advantage of all the available retaliation bonuses avilable to AoM, feels like it could be quite strong.

Build still needs some polishing but it gets 61% of retal added to AoM, 56k-77k acid retal before even applying blood of dreeg and it has some decent damage mitigation.
Looking for some feedback and how well similar builds have fared in your experience.
The biggest problem with acid retal using Sot3 set is lack of phys->acid conversion. So much of the first node’s damage will be small, as the shield is physical and the skill node is 1/2 physical.
I’m not sure that 26/16 is a good investment for the first node.
Yeah it’s really tough to find that conversion, could squeeze out another 20% with 2x Seal of Shadows for a total of 35% but it’s still on the lower side.
