Too many times workers will walk miles to get stock for their industry. These should be at stockyards or warehouses near the factories and workshops, delivered there by the wainwrights from the stockyards near the mines, pits and work camps. Labourers should only be used to deliver building materiel or for harvesting and clearing, the builders should be used for building and construction. This will concentrate jobs more centrally. Also, weapons. When the town is small having all the weapons in the one place makes sense (I use the original wagon) but with larger towns there should be a new, dedicated building, a proper armoury or vault where weapons can be stored, close to where they will be used. When Guards are dismissed they return their weapons and armour to this building, when soldiers are dismissed their weapons and armour are stored inside the barracks they were assigned to, which may make for a long trek at times but weapons and armour must be returned before they rejoin the workforce.
There is already the Vault where weapons can be stored along with or without your gold.
True but it doesn’t contain arrows for your hunters. A warehouse does.
