Is there a way to see the breakdown of services and their costs?
I know the calculations are occurring on the back end, we can see that displayed in the monthly gold report.
Example:
I have 3 rat catchers (10 gold per), 2, Nightsoil collectors (4 gold per), and 2 tower guards in 1 tower (5 gold per).
The game currently applies gold to the building upkeep, not the workers.
The tower has a cost of 5 gold per month regardless of whether or not there is one or two guards. The gold is not going to guard salary, but to facility maintenance (essentially).
With my services I have:
Rats = 30 gold per month
Soil = 8 gold per month
Tower = 5 gold per month.
I would like to see
Rat A = 10 Gold (on/off)
Rat B = 10 Gold (on/off)
Rat C = 10 Gold (on/off)
Soil A = 4 Gold (on/off)
Soil B = 4 Gold (on/off)
Tower A 5 Gold (Tower A Guard A 2.5 Gold on/off; Tower A Guard B 2.5 Gold on/off)
Hoping that is just an example because I am not sure how a town big enough to need 3 rat catchers and 2 night soil collectors is being guarded by 1 tower
Actually I was just playing today and I had a ton of services being paid for and I had a negative monthly income but when I hovered over my income, it just said that I was spending a lot when what I wanted to see was, what the heck am I spending it on. I was pretty sure that I had shut off all of my services so I didn’t understand why I was spending so much gold a month. I see the value in having at least a drop down on the income to see what exactly your services are that are being paid for and how much to each one. If possible, a button would be nice to toggle you to each service so that you can see which one is costing you gold.
That doesn’t let you select which catchers to tun off. It also doesn’t let you turn on/off specific towers. The game chooses for you who gets turned on and off. Also, when reducing tower guards in the profession window, you still pay for tower upkeep. You have to go to each tower and turn it off individually.
