Some ideas/feedback may like other thread, but I’d share from my PoV then suggest with my idea.
1. Armor
As we know many enemies in AoM hit like truck especially nemesis and super boss. I’d skip super boss. I understand your design and it should be an optional objective that need a team to farm. It’s ok only some tanky build could solo.
The outcome is heavy armor perform very well, but others seems not very good enough. The gap between heavy armor and others is too high. As you see in the compendium are full of Soldier-based builds with heavy armor claimed everything is EZ and absolutely strong (about 50% of solo crucible in compendium are soldier-based)
The most concern is mid armor melee and range where they can’t avoid facetank. Caster with non-channeling don’t have much problems tho.
I’d like to adjust Armor Scaling from mid armor and caster armor higher. Also epic armor as well. It is likely epic mid armor has armor value like legendary caster armor. I need closer gap between some good epic armor from legendary as well.
[heavy 1.9k/mid 1.6k/caster 1.3k/epic mid 1.4-1.5k]
(Regarding to most heavy armor have more %phys resist and +% Armor. Soldier got +%Armor Absorption as an advantage. They’re still perform better defense than others.)
Or reduce enemies’ physical attack to reduce the gap between armor is also fine, but I don’t think you’ll do that.
2. Necromancer
The mastery itself are suitable only for caster and pets build. There’s no major universal good skills yet and some skills are still awkward. I want gunslinger or melee to get more benefit from this mastery.

Ravenous Earth
It is good for dmg but not reliable as debuff. Please rework it. I’d like it to be reliable as 2nd BWC skill. It’ll help many necro-based build and worth to invest. With little investment it won’t shine so I consider it’s not gonna be OP. It’s just an option for flat RR and reduced dmg with a decent amount of investment. [RR and reduced dmg 100% effective in radius] -
Ill Omen
To make this skill working separately from stacking with RE dmg debuff. I’d like you to rework it to give an amount of Physical Shield. [2k-4k] It’ll meet your purpose to make necro sustain more physical and buff many builds.
It gives more option than 10/10 at 50% absorption for 1vs1.
I’m not sure about exclusive auras. So I won’t talk about them. (By seeing some threads complaining about Harbinger of Souls. Would it be good if it get dmg absorption? or just change cast speed to total speed would be fine?)
3. More way to get CC resistance.
Stun-Freeze-Slow-Trap-Petrify-Skill Disrupt resistance.
Regarding to current 8 masteries.
Soldier : Slow+Stun+Freeze
Arcanist : Slow+Stun+Freeze+Petrify
Inquisitor : Freeze+Petrify+Entrap
Occultist : Skill Disruption
That’s make more than 50% classes are lacking of these CC support.
4. Default attack modifier/replacer (DAM)
Regarding to current 8 mastery - there’re only 3 have these mechanic skills. It is hard for other classes to access benefit of being auto-attacker.
According to post lv scaling from full set of Runebinder and Belgothian gives decent good DAM. 150% weapon dmg and some good buff.
I’d like 2 new universal DAM as component or something.
- Charge based DAM
Working like above, but weaker. [130% weapon dmg, less 1 charge, 20~40% all dmg, 10% attack speed]
This kind of DAM would benefit slow weapons more. As you see in Savagery which is in master of 2H shaman.
Anyway it works well to DW and 1H too

- Atk spd based DAM[/i]
To prevent it too similar to Firestrike and Cadence. I’d like this to be a defensive instead.
[Every 5~6th attack get 100% dodge&deflect for 0.5~0.7 sec and 5% HP. ]
This will boost fast facetanker be more likely dodge things due to their swiftness. If you could attack fast you should move fast enough to dodge something. (Personal Preference : wanna see proc animation like noctis dodge in FFXV)
5. AAR
It is just a personal preference. I keep seeing comments like pierce AAR. I think if it pierce, it’s still do poor effective area. I’d rather want modifier like these would be look more interesting.

The ray randomly reflect to closed enemies up to X targets.

Anyway, It is just need buff to make it as a proper single target ultimate dps for channeling caster(which is still underwhelming).
