Shaman Corrupted Storm class wide?

Hi all,

One thing I had looked forward to with the new expansion is the modifying of skills - an excellent way to create many more different builds.

I am looking for an item that would allow for Corrupted Storm’s effect to be class-wide, or at least be applicable to more than just Storm Totem.

*Corrupted Storm: 100% lightning damage converted to Vitaly damage (for storm totem)

The closest I found so far are the modifications to Conduit of Wild Whispers

100 Aether Damage to Primal Strike 100% Lightning Damage converted to Aether Damage to Primal Strike

35 Aether Damage to Savagery
100% Lightning Damage converted to Aether Damage to Savagery

or

Korba’s Hood

35 Cold Damage to Savagery
100% Lightning Damage converted to Cold Damage to Savagery

Ideally, it would be a Lightning to Vitality on Savagery (or all lightning to vitality), but I can also work around with a variation of Primal Strike.

Anyone know of the item I am looking for? (if it exists).

These won’t get you to 100% conversion (unless you dual wield the scepter), but they’re the only lightning /elemental - > vitality conversion available.

Worth a try to go for Shaman-Necromancer, duelwield (through a relic of sorts) with two scepters. Actually never tried a duelwield scepter build - could be interesting.

I had hoped for something with duelwield axes - really fitting in the vitaly/wendigo/feral theme - fingers crossed for some gear in a patch :slight_smile:
