This thread is designed for the purposes of banana’s first statement above: to figure out a way to get the WPS towards something resembling balance. Despite the “scare quotes” in the linked thread, now that the coding bugs are fixed, we now have an accurate sense of what these WPS numbers accomplish in reality, and can bump or lower these numbers without any cascading ripple effects.
The S&B Warlord is likely the “gold standard” of what Shattering Smash builds accomplish; any buffs to that build will buff other S-Smash builds. If anyone has other builds that incorporate S-Smash - like that Shield that converts it to Chaos - please share them so the team can figure out appropriate ways to buff them.
