Should "thematic" single elemental resist on some legendary be changed to elemental?

Mark of Dreadblade, Deathbound Amethyst etc.

Should it be changed to %elemental? Or left like this for thematic/legacy purposes?

• Leave single Elemental resists
• Change them to all Elemental resists
