Has anyone else experienced this, or am I simply overlooking something.

Not one merchant, anywhere, has any to buy.

deliberate, look on your hotbar, your potion is permanent there, also mentioned in the patch notes pots are removed Grim Dawn Version v1.2.0.0 + v1.2.0.1 Hotfix 1
