Skill modifier question

Hi

When I equip Mythical Evoker of Elgoloth it’s supposed to modify Deadly Aim skill (adding lighting and electrocute damage). But when I go over it with mouse the modifier doesn’t show. While it shows up in the grimtools posted by a user in the builds section.

Is it supposed to show up ingame? Or only in grimtools?

I don’t know if it is supposed to show up in game, but it doesn’t with most of them.

It’s not supposed to show that in description. Crate will maybe implement that, though, because many people don’t know if those work or not.
