Will the tome/potion that gives you the full quests on normal/elite and allows you to go through ultimate be givable/tradeable?
I mean, i’ve deleted all my chars that were on ultimate and i’d like to start expansion on ultimate with my friends. Is it possible that they buy a potion/tome for me??

You can give the merit tokens to your other characters, but they’re not tradeable as far as I know. You’ll need one character in Ultimate to be able to buy them.
No. Exp pots are not tradable.
Pro tip: If you have crucible, get your friends to do a 150-170 run with you several times.
If they are level 100, and you’re level 1, the monsters will be like level 60 or something. So your mates should have no trouble breezing through it with buffs/banners.
3 clears will get you to level 30 or 40 IIRC. You get sweet loot at the end of the crucible, and you can spend tributes on devotions.
Oh, jeez. I have 1 char on 5~6x on elite, i’ll have to end up the content until the release date, then.

I misread the OP
You’ll probably be able to use GDstash to give a token to one of your toons but i don’t know how long it will take for GDstash to be updated for FG.
I see it as a shortcut rather than a cheat but if you’re a purist than yes, you’ll have to complete Elite with the toon you plan to use with your friends on Ultimate.
Remember your character will have to kill the Warden in Act 1 Ultimate to be able to access the FG content.
GDstash can only access items that are in the GD database, so if the merit tokens are in the game already then it can access them, otherwise it won’t be able to find the tokens until they are released in the content.
Edit… To clarify, the current GDstash is already able to add the tokens to a char as long as the game has the tokens. In playtesting one of my chars has got a bunch of tokens this way and it’s never even started Elite. Have yet to play that char though.
I almost deleted my old char (that reached ultimate) because i like the 'fresh start" thing if i havent touched a game for a longer time - glad i didnt do it…
So i can use that char to buy a tooken and start my fresh adventure in ultimate did i get the idea right? No need to finish ultimate, just having started it is enough?

Yes. You need at least one character in Ultimate to be able to access the FG content after killing the Warden. That character can the purchase the tokens from the vendor there and put them in the transfer stash for your other characters to use.
don’t forget they cost what??.. 150-250k for the ultimate merit. A piece.

Buying this tokkens for a new char seems to be a good idea even if you plan to run the 2 difficulties?
You get a head start with a lot of skill points … considering the fact that the first 10-20 levels are slow and not really exciting (not many skill points to use) normaly (like in every arpg) getting some points to get some skills right from the start sounds glorious.
Depends. If I am eager to try a cool looking build, then yes. And this option is much better than using GDstash. I would stop playing the game after one day if I used that, Im pretty sure. So this new addition is awesome.
But I also find it cool to be a low level char without gear and skills in arpgs and work my way up.
They should not be trade able with other people as far as i understood.
