  • In game, under Combat Stats, OA and DA information mentions the lowest chance to hit is still 60% rather then 55%
  • Ghol’s Reach gloves doesn’t mention it reduces Bone Harvest CD by -0.8sec, even though it still does. (Unless something is screwed in my game with Item Assistant)
  • EDIT : Just found a Mythical Guillotine and it doesn’t mention it reduces Blade Arc CD. By the looks of these, i think there might be more similar cases for other items with Skill CDR?

seemingly all of them, noticed for judgment, bone harvest and wendigo totem.
