…grilling time! I’ve decided on kabobs for the day. Steak, chicken, sausage, veggies. Yup. What is everyone firing up for the day?
We’re working on two racks of ribs to be smoked for dinner. Not sure what we’re gonna make to accompany that, probably something simple like fries
Nice… I’m sure we’ll get to ribs sometime this summer. I haven’t even thought about sides but I’m sure we’ll think of something easy too.
Still debating whether I should warm up my horseshoe pits today or not.
Happy independence day.
(In the southern hemisphere we don’t need a holiday to have a barbecue (braai) we do it everyday)
Grilling ribs, bratwurst, and corn… and a cooler full of these:
(We do too, we just barbeque the good stuff on this holiday with the big family instead of the people we live with)
No grilling for me. For some dumb reason my grandma has decided to treat the family to lasagna
Have fun with the good stuff guys, happy 4th
I love lasagna… b-b-b-butt cmon grandma!
Hey man, I think home made Grandma’s lasagna sounds awesome regardless
Three presidents have died on this day, in history.
I take it you don’t have a grill. It’s ok jiaco. We’ll group-fund ya up one somehow
Have they died from grilling?
In 2009-2013, U.S. fire departments responded to an average of 8,900 home fires involving grills, hibachis, or barbecues per year. This includes structure fires and outside or unclassified fires on home properties.
These 8,900 fires caused annual averages of 10 civilian deaths, 160 reported civilian injuries, and $118 million in direct property damage. Almost all the losses resulted from structure fires.
No news on Presidential grilling fatalities yet.
No, they told their grandma they’d rather grill than have her lasagna
It’s a Tuesday, so my family is having Tacos.
